Kai Wasabi Santoku 16.5cm Knife KAWA6716S
The Wasabi line, with its elegant and linear style, is inspired by the great tradition of Japanese cuisine. For the blade was used a 6A / IK6 steel, a newly produced steel particularly resistant to corrosion. The handle is pleasant to the touch thanks to the addition of bamboo powder while the oval or chestnut handle allows a secure grip.
The Santoku is the Japanese-style chef's knife par excellence. Very versatile, it can be used to cut meat, fish and vegetables.
