In 1977 Oreste Frati, after a long experience in the production and commercial sectors, founded the FOX Coltellerie. The company name, FOX (are the initials of the owner), in English fox, is very suitable for this young company that, in such a short time, has stood out for its innovative charge and for the foresight of its ideas. Successful ideas that have been introduced in a choice of quality materials, in the use of advanced technologies and in the detailed care of the smallest detail. Although FOX has grown considerably, the entire production is still directly controlled and programmed by Mr. Oreste, assisted by his wife Valnea, by his son Gabriele and by specialized collaborators. And it is precisely this happy combination of a consolidated professional tradition and the desire for technical innovation, which has made FOX Coltellerie, a company of the first rank in the national and international market. In April 2008 the company obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification and the company Euro Knives Italia s.r.l. specialized in the production of lockable knives with high technological content.
