Kai Wasabi Deba 15cm

The Wasabi line, with its elegant and linear style, is inspired by the great tradition of Japanese cuisine. For the blade was used a 6A / IK6 steel, a newly produced steel particularly resistant to corrosion. The handle is pleasant to the touch thanks to the addition of bamboo powder while the oval or chestnut handle allows a secure grip.

The Deba knife has an asymmetrical cut and is suitable for processing fish.
