Kai Wasabi Utility Knife 15cm

The Wasabi line, with its elegant and linear style, is inspired by the great tradition of Japanese cuisine. For the blade was used a 6A / IK6 steel, a newly produced steel particularly resistant to corrosion. The handle is pleasant to the touch thanks to the addition of bamboo powder while the oval or chestnut handle allows a secure grip.

The universal knife is a synthesis between the paring knife and the carving knife, perfect for not too heavy work.
