Epicure

The new knives of the Epicure series by Wusthof combine the qualities of two great philosophies: The efficiency and lightness of the Japanese knives combine with the safety and quality Made in Germany.

Epicure  represents a new type of knife that adapts to any style of cooking style.

In the latest generation of the 58HRC steel X50CRMOV15, the Epicure has a solidity that ensures maximum sharpness, thanks to laser technology, and the long life of the wire, as well as flexibility and comfort. The latter thanks to a wraparound grip and the new collar that allows a safe and controlled driving grip.

The riveted handle is in resin and eco-friendly natural fiber, which offers the pleasantness of wood, while being robust and hygienic like plastic.
