Global Cheese Knife GS-10 14/25 cm
Global kitchen knives are the original Japanese knives, the most demanded by chefs all over the world for their quality, lightness, ergonomics, design and assortment. The GS series features a sheared blade made of special molybdenum-vanadium steel hardened and tempered to 56-58 degrees Rockwell. The handles are hollow stainless steel, filled with sand for perfect balance. The blade is hand ground and has excellent edge retention against wear. The anatomical shape of the handle and the knife's light weight (approx. 30 % less than other full-handled knives) allow for long use and reduce user fatigue.
An ideal knife for slicing and serving cheese. Its perforated structure does not allow the cheese to stick to the blade.
