Description

The famous Gourmet knife from Maserin brand is downsized to become the perfect pocket knife for everyone. Perfect for cutting all meats, hence the name Gourmet, this elegant folding knife is a light and discreet companion to carry with you at all times. The Mini-Gourmet retains all the qualities and high-quality materials that made its predecessor so popular, but on a smaller scale: the blade is reduced from a length of 10 cm to 8 cm, while the open length is reduced from 22 cm to a more restrained 18 cm. 

The blade is made of W 1.4116 stainless steel and the handle of red beech wood.

Also available in versions with olive handle and ebony handle.
