Description

The Gourmet knife is the result of a long and fruitful collaboration between the Maniago-based company Maserin and the designer Attilio Morotti. This knife was born from the need to replace the impractical and not very sharp restaurant knives for cutting meat. Maserin for this steak knife does not renounce the use of high-quality materials and an elegant and refined design. In addition, its lightness and practicality make it the perfect knife to take with you to use and show off both in and out of restaurants.

The blade is made of W 1.4116 stainless steel and the handle of box wood.

Also available in two other versions with a bocote wood handle and a olive wood handle.
