Description

The Maserin Mushroom knife mod. 800 is an ideal knife for mushroom picking. It has characteristics that make it excellent in the specific use indicated above: apart from the shape of the blade, we find on the back a knurling of the steel that is used to scrape the fungus after harvesting. Inserted in the handle we also find a tweezers to remove the impurity from the fungus. On the Rosewood handle of the Maserin mushroom knife there is a graduated scale used to measure the length of the mush just picked, while on the knife terminal we find the classic brush to clean the Mushrooms from the ground.
