Last items in stock

Sanelli's high-quality Hexagon line consists of professional Japanese-style knives. The blades have a semi-gloss finish and are between 2.3 mm and 2.5 mm thick. In addition, there is a crisp, indelible laser engraving on them with all the information for traceability. The steel used is NITRO-B, a special nitrogen steel, which allows high corrosion resistance and a hardness of 57-59 HRC. The handle is made of elegant maple wood and has the traditional Japanese hexagonal shape for a comfortable grip.

Among the most widely used knives in Japanese cuisine is the 'Santoku', which literally translated means 'The Three Virtues'. In fact, this knife can very well perform any cutting task, be it slicing, mincing or simply cutting, meat, vegetables and fish.

This Santoku has an 18 cm blade and a weight of 170 g.
