The Viper Britola knife is a product of the Casa Maniaghese Tecnocut that tends to satisfy the need to have at the table, even when going to eat at the restaurant, a quality knife that works well and has a good sharpening. Just below these standards Viper has produced its Britola model. This knife has a Drop Point blade with a special locking system: ASS (Action-Stopper-System). This locking system consists of two small balls that go into the appropriate holes in the blade both in opening and in closing. The result is very similar to the "Simple Spring" but with the difference of not having the spring on the knife and therefore with a much lower weight.
