The regional knives are the knives of the Italian tradition, those that have accompanied the sweat and fatigue of our grandparents first and our fathers afterwards. Today we want to honor our history by revisiting these blades revisited in a contemporary key by the original interpretation of Fabrizio Silvestrelli. The regional collection will be completed in eighteen models that we plan to present one after another in four years. Each series is produced in a limited number of a thousand units.
