Although its shops are now all over the world, Truefitt & Hill is the oldest barbershop in the world founded in 1805 by William Francis Truefitt. It even received the prestigious Royal Warrant from King George III. Released in 1983, the fragrance whose name was suggested by an HMS Grafton officer who was fascinated by the characteristic and masculine fragrance, is dedicated to the series of 9 Royal Navy warships called HMS Grafton.
