Description

With this knife Extrema Ratio, presents a modern interpretation of the typical knife used for generations by the inhabitants of Sardinia. The shape has remained unchanged, with a long and thin blade, which incorporates that of the typical myrtle leaves, an indigenous bush in the area. The novelty is concealed in the handle, which has a robust Liner Lock, which makes the use of the knife much safer than the traditional version. On the blade there is an effective Brunito treatment, which protects it from corrosion and wear.
