 The characteristics of this knife are pure pocket. This is why the QUIET was conceived without a clip and open blade button. The rounded lines, the compact dimensions and the extremely low weight add pleasure to the port.

PLEASURE OF USE

The introduction of the PBL on the QUIETE gave the possibility to balance its proportions. The handle for 3 ½ fingers and the finger groove gives firmness to the grip. The new type of "wave" teeth, the edge with external radius and internal bevel, on the other hand, guarantee the Quiet precision of natural use. All these features give the QUIETE a high level of user comfort.

HIGH LIGHTNESS

The knife's center of gravity is located incredibly in the fulcrum area, central to the usual closable on the market. The amazing fact is that the handle with the PBL system weighs as much as the thin 3mm blade with full grinding. The extraordinary lightness and solidity of QUIETE will give you an unforgettable sensation.

ANTI-SLIP SCREW

In case you need to support the QUIET on the screw of the fulcrum, its design is excellent for a comfortable grip and not slippery. The increased dimensions also guarantee a considerable structural stability to the knife. The fulcrum and the whole screw compartment are made with high precision lathes from specific designs, to avoid play in the mechanism.

THE HOLE WITH THE WINGS "PIVOT WINGS HOLE"

This fulcrum hole introduced in the nilte knives gives great advantages to the smooth movement of the blade. In fact the seats have been designed to be filled with lubricant in order to limit the friction between blade, fulcrum and washers for a smoothness always at the highest levels.

SALVAVITA CURVE!

Nilte introduced a new way of conceiving the pocket knife. The main concept from which the design was developed was the blade. The pocket knife had to be useful on any occasion and not a dangerous weapon. For this reason a sheepfoot blade has been designed for the QUIETTE. The main feature of this blade lies in the fact of not having a sharp point, but a curve that reaches the wire to reduce the risk of offending people or damaging objects accidentally.

BEFORE EVERYTHING ... SAFETY!

Closing the knife with one hand is not always safe. At the nilte a simple but effective solution was studied, which does not weigh on the line and the functionality of the knife. As you can see from the image, the blade has a projection in the area before the wire, called "kick". This has the function, with the help of the more advanced finger on the handle, to slow down its closing stroke.

THE NAME

The first project of the nilte was called QUIETE for all the features mentioned above. A knife that does not want to be aggressive, but quiet and useful for a not extremely heavy use, always pleasant to carry in your pocket. I'm ready to let you live your experiences in the best way possible.
