News 2014 Lion Steel and falls, due to the characteristic of the handle, in the Solid Knives series: solid and robust knives also for extreme uses.
The design of the knife has been taken care of by Molletta and presents a very particular blade shape that is placed in the middle between a work knife and a tactical knife. The novelty introduced between the Lion Steel Knives in TM1 is the IKBS movement which consists in inserting the ball bearings between the handle and the blade in order to make the knife opening smooth and fast.
The knife handle presents the processing that characterizes the maniago house and is the milling of a single piece of material in order to make the knife robust and ergonomic. The blade locking system is the Back Lock and is also revisited by inserting a double spring inside the knife. The result is a more fluid and long-lasting closing system.
The clip is uncompromising, the knife inserted into the trousers can not be seen, and reversible so as to make the Lion Steel TM1 an ambidextrous product. At the bottom of the clip, finally, we find a tungsten carbide frangivetro tip.
