Extrema Ratio Ant Rescue Red Stone Washed M390 Knife Blade
With Ant, Extrema Ratio produces its most compact folding knife, without sacrificing strength and reliability. Its straight edge structure allows you to comfortably place your fingers on the back of the knife and use it with ease. This is possible thanks to the flat edge sheep foot blade, on which there is a loop to facilitate the opening. Ant is a frame lock with hardened steel handle frame and black or red anodized anticorodal aluminium handle (only in the Rescue Red version). At the end of the handle there is a drawcord hole and a reversible clip for concealed carrying in the pocket.
The model Ant Rescue Red Stone Washed For its particular characteristics has been chosen as an endowment by the " Alpine Troops School of the Italian Army". The blade is made of Böhler M390 , heat treated to 61 degrees to increase wear and oxidation resistance, with Stone Washed finish. On this present a toothing that allows cutting cordage and aramid materials with high tenacity. The other features that make it a perfect rescue knife are the red handle, to allow a quick location, and the tapered shank to act as an emergency screwdriver.
The Ant knife is available in four versions with two different steels:

Böhler M390 steel: Ant Black Stone Washed M390 and Ant Rescue Red Stone Washed
