This series with an attractive profile is a novelty of the Mcusta house. The blade is created with the exceptional Aogami Super Core steel which, not being stainless, needs to be dried immediately after use and washing. The handle has an octagonal shape and is made of Hinoki wood, Japanese cypress, and nickel silver alloy with an elegant mosaic pin in the middle.

This model is a Bunka, a carving knife particularly suitable for cutting vegetables due to its wide blade.
